The rules for using Tip Toeing In My Jordans AI - uploads, prohibited content, credits and accounts.

Who can use Tip Toeing In My Jordans AI

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Tip Toeing In My Jordans AI.

What Tip Toeing In My Jordans AI does

Tip Toeing In My Jordans AI generates short AI videos from one or two photos you upload: an AI video model creates a new video of the people in your photos acting out the trend, following a motion reference we made with AI-generated characters. It works only with that one scene: you cannot upload a video of your own, and there is no text prompt. Videos are made with third-party AI video models through our AI providers. Tip Toeing In My Jordans AI is our own product and is not made or endorsed by our AI providers or the makers of the AI models we use. It is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with Riff Raff, Nike, Jordan Brand, TikTok, CapCut, any record label or the creator of the original clip. Tip Toeing In My Jordans AI does not provide the song "Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz"; videos are delivered without sound. Every video is labeled as AI-generated, and in the feet shots the dancer always wears black pointy elf shoes.

Your uploads

Before every generation you must confirm: "The people in these photos are me or adults who agreed to this video; no minors, no public figures, no sexual or harassing content." By confirming, you represent that:

  • Every person shown is you or an adult who agreed to be in this video.
  • No person shown is under 18.
  • No person shown is a public figure or celebrity.
  • The content is not sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful.

You keep ownership of your uploads. You give us a limited license to process them only to generate your video, run content-safety checks and deliver the result.

Prohibited uses

The full list of prohibited content, how moderation works and how we enforce it is in the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use Tip Toeing In My Jordans AI to:

  • Create sexual or sexually suggestive content of any person.
  • Impersonate, defame, harass or mislead about a real person.
  • Depict minors in any way.
  • Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Attempt to bypass free-video limits, credit limits or content-safety checks, including by creating multiple accounts.

We may block a generation, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Generated videos

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the people in your photos, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on TikTok, Reels and other platforms. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; review every video before you post it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

Credits and payments

  • New accounts receive 10 free credits (2-second preview video) once per person.
  • Credits are bought in one-time packs. There are no subscriptions.
  • Credits from packs do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Credits for a failed generation are refunded automatically.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, and charges appear on your statement as TIPTOE JORDANS AI.
  • Refunds for purchases follow the Refund Policy.

If you believe content generated with Tip Toeing In My Jordans AI infringes your rights, email support@tiptoeinginmyjordansai.com with the details. We review and act on complaints within 48 hours.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Disclaimer and liability

Tip Toeing In My Jordans AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
